Classes taught by dedicated, certified instructors
Traditional Korean martial art, Soo Bahk Do, is not a sport; rather, it is a discipline and an art form. We practice non-contact kicking and punching, as our students’ safety is of utmost importance. Our goal is to develop every aspect of the self, freeing ourselves from inner conflict, and allowing ourselves to interact with the world in a mature, intelligent, forthright and virtuous manner. Providing state-of-the-art training surfaces and equipment, we welcome new students of all ages and abilities. Young children train after school, once a week. Beginning juniors and adults train separately twice a week in the evenings. Saturday morning classes are open to everyone. All classes are taught by dedicated and certified instructors. We are connected as students of Soo Bahk Do and share a unified training history. Our credentials allow you to receive internationally recognized rank promotions.
