TRX® Suspension Training is the strength training system that is changing the way professional athletes and fitness experts train. Participants use their own body as the resistance load to strengthen and tone with the core active at all times. Every exercise can be instantly modified for increased or decreased difficulty. A type of "functional fitness," the TRX program gives participants the opportunity to exercise the way they move in life and is often considered safer and more beneficial than traditional weight training. Classes are taught by Chad Young, who is certified as a TRX® Suspension trainer. Space available on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations are required
