Half day inflatable kayak trips are a fantastic way to experience the Arkansas River at a slower pace....a Class II float in your own vessel offers incredible moutain scenery, a few ripples and splashes, and lots of smiles!
Float alongside one of our Big Bend rafting trips and find out why so many people love to "Duckie" as we affectionaly call it. Check in is at our Arkansas River Outpost in Buena Vista. After a short shuttle ride towards Salida we will launch where the Arkansas River "bends" to start it's journey to the Mighty Mississippi! The tour is roughly 8 river miles, passing through downtown Salida, Colorado, don't be surprised if you see some river surfers AND wildlife with the Collegiate Peaks at your back. We exit the river just downstream from the historic Salida River Park for a shuttle ride back to the Arkansa River Outpost in Buena Vista.
